Shipping & Returns 

Shipping:

We ship Australia wide. The Shipping cost varies accordingly to the items' freight as well as customers location. For most items, to estimate how much your delivery will cost just add the item to your shopping cart, enter your address details and the system will calculate it for you.  

Our handling time is 1-3 business day and most shipping takes 2-6 business days, however please allow it up to 10 days for the item to be delivered in case of any shipping delays that may occur. 

 

Contact before buying:

Covid, Christmas, Canvases, Large Items and Remote Area Deliveries

While we try to ensure all deliveries are sent quickly and directly, COVID and seasonal factors may impact timing and cost of deliveries. 

Please contact us before ordering if your location is remote to get an accurate shipping cost.  If you are ordering canvases consider combining orders as delivery costs to some locations can equal or exceed the cost of a single canvas.  

 

Order Confirmation:

 After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means we’ve received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days unless noted longer on the product page), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If your item is back-ordered or otherwise unavailable, we will contact you by e-mail to inform you and, should you choose not to wait, may void the pre-authorization charge. 

Returns

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the goods at info@artlova.com.au. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as a description and images of the damage along with your e-mail address and phone number. Once we receive all the necessary information we will review and, depending on the damage, will arrange for a new product or replacement part to be sent out to you.

Our products are sold as they are and we do not accept responsibility for any assembly costs under any circumstances. You may choose to have your product professionally assembled but in doing so you take full responsibility for any future amendments needed to be made to the structure.  

Self assembly products, once assembled, are non refundable.

Cancellations & Refunds:

We have a 30 day return policy. If for some reason you're not happy with the product please contact us via info@artlova.com.au. We will credit the purchase price, however return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We will not refund shipping charges. Goods must be returned in original condition with all parts and accessories, in re-saleable condition.  After review, you may also be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or payment method used when placing your order.

If the product has not yet been shipped from our warehouse then we will refund both the shipping costs and the cost of goods.  If the Goods have already left the warehouse, you will be charged shipping costs.
